There are many books on swinging. I always recommend a book called Building Open Relationships: Your hands on guide to swinging, polyamory, and beyond! by Dr. Liz Powell - it addresses a wide range of topics. Swinging for Beginners is a fair book on the topic.
Most books attempt to address the culture, mindset, protocols, etc., and few really explore the impact this can have on a relationship.
But more than anything, I recommend a few good books on having great sex!
