52m raised Church of Christ, and 51f raised Baptist. We’ve mostly attended non Denomination type churches throughout our nearly 29 years together, and 26 years married. We started out early in our relationship, pillow talk, like many. Who of our friends would the other like to be with. When we got internet, in the late 90’s, we met our first couple, and played at first meeting. We were with around 1/2 dozen couples, and about as many singles in the early 2Ks. We never intended to take a long hiatus, it just turned out that way while we raised a family. In the interim, is when we got more involved in church than either of us had been since we were teenagers. All the while, maintaining a great sex life, and as we became empty nesters, discussed meeting people again. Like 2 decades ago, when chat rooms were a thing, I was enough a contributor on SDC, they gave me a life membership. Last year, after discussing getting back involved in our own sex talk, a couple reached out to our old SDC account. True to form, we played with them on first meeting. We’ve been back meeting folks ever since. And we both agree, we are having even more fun the second time around. Empty nesters. In our 3rd decade together, and honestly, more in love every day that passes. I’m a blessed man beyond all I ever deserved.
