Married, grew up in a very strict and represssive evangelical Church. Have always had a kinky side but had to keep it hidden and overcome massive amounts of shaming and little bit of trauma from reactions to it when any signs of it were discovered. No SA but lots of emotional manipulations and control. Thank goodness began to unpack a lot in college but married in my 20s while somewhat in this state of being. In my mid 30s really started untangling and unpacking to heal and be my true self. I know deconstructing is becoming a cliche term but oh well lol. My wife has also deconstructed in a lot of ways but is very vanilla and has a low drive.
