Usually, I just write a little list and kind of expect people to be psychic and intuit the gist of me, but I've kind of been discovering that doesn't really work, so... here ya go:

I'm 37, 5'9" barefoot and from the Midwest, USA. I have a medium-athletic (buff-dad bod) build, and I'm about 200lbs (205 on a bad day if I haven't been running...). I am American-born of Middle Eastern descent and have a very light-olive complexion. I'm very affectionate AND virile - It's very important to me that I end up with someone who is comfortable with both giving and receiving affection. I truly look forward to the day when I'll be able to express all of that with someone within the safety and sanctity of the marriage bond...

I really do not believe in abortion and consider it to be a heinous abomination to the human race, but I'm still solidifying my views on that and would like to be able to have a civil conversation with someone/ anyone along the way... I can't be good at everything or know everything all the time...

I'm somewhat interested in the homesteading lifestyle and have a little plot of land out there (west). I have a decent knowledge of herbs and health and general self-reliance/ survival stuff. It used to be more of a hobby, but again, I can't be good at or do everything - There's only so much time in one's life...

I'm a pretty (*very*, most would say) outgoing personality, and I love to be social when the time calls. I'm a performer and musician, and the Arts are my calling. I aspire to own a recording studio of my own someday (pretty much already do) and do production work for others, as well as myself. I spend a lot of time refining the craft of recording and mixing music. I've done production work for people and have a very large catalog of my own writing that I hope to record and, possibly, if the money is right and I have the team, do some touring. I've had a few record "producers" in my day and know a good bit about the industry - enough to know what I would and wouldn't want to do ever again... Ha (I'm referring to contractual stuff and all of that...)!

The homesteading thing really has taken second place to my ambitions as a musician and artist, but it's something that I think would be really cool, and it's something that I've thought about extensively and drawn-out plans for and worked towards; planting gardens, lots of books and reading and watching videos, trips to some farms/ larger gardens, Amish country... It's very possible, and I think it's a Godly way to live, but there may be other things in life that are more important. We'll see...

I'm a completely open book - Nothing to hide, and I love chatting. Oh -I'm also a cook. That's what I do for work. I cook at a hibachi place, and I get a lot of compliments. I would love to have someone who also enjoys cooking and might like to share that with me.

As far as my faith goes, I was raised between the Catholic and Orthodox traditions, but I'm currently in denomination limbo. I was even an Orthodox Seminarian at one point. But I've kind of realized that God is bigger than any church, and although these practices and procedures provide access to him (his essences, his grace, his energies), they are not HIM, and he is just as alive everywhere else because he is Christ-God and he is everywhere and fillest all things... So, this is the small gist of where I'm at. Sorry I couldn't be more concise with that...
