I'm G. 30. 5'11", athletic build. Dark hair, dark eyes, tan, and attractive (though I'll let you decide). I'm currently in North Carolina where I'm in the medical field.
Despite all that, I'm quite into art. Things like cinematography, as well as music, theology, history, literature. Rilke, Dostoevsky, Kierkegaard, Baudelaire, Lynch, Linklater, Kurosawa, Truffaut, Malick, Tolstoy, the like. I majored in literature and philosophy in college (before dropping out to hitchhike through Central America). I spent most of my twenties abroad and have been to about 25 countries.
I'm looking for an uncommon mind -- a woman who's looking for something beyond the banality of our lives, beyond hookups, beyond Netflix and rom-coms, farmer's markets and brief hikes for the gram. I'm seeking a challenge -- someone whose eyes glow during intense, life-or-death discussions about God, the sublime, or how literature and architecture and music might save us. Someone who's willing to hitchhike through central Asia with me, or travel to Burma in a relief capacity, who's willing to run all night with me through the mountains until sunrise.
