According to a self report from Chris for HOURS he kicked and beat the door of his cell and screamed continuously as loud as he could because Barb needed him.
In a rural county jail/lockup in Virginia?! I can't believe the officers didn't come "teach" him proper behaviour!
Even the cops handle this fuck with coddling kiddy gloves.

He's technically handicapped so smacking him around wouldn't be a good look for the cops. They likely just told him to shut up and ignored him until he got tired.
