Someone making way more than me thought I'd give away an electric scooter
Post Body

So I (22F) am working as a contractor for a company (which is known broadly as being in place so the company doesn't have to pay us much), and this and my job title can be seen on my profile on the company's chat database. There's a section for selling things, where people can contact you from a post you put in.

I decided to sell an electric scooter for $200. I was getting a few interested chats, and then someone asked me if I could give it away for free. I was stupefied, and said that I had other offers so I wouldn't. I couldn't screenshot it because the platform is private.

I looked at their profile and then searched up how much someone with their job title makes for salary and what do you know, they're making more than twice my pay. I really can't understand it.
