Doctor is putting me on Lipitor 20mg
Post Body

I (48/m) went to the doctor for a physical yesterday and had blood work done. Got the call today that my cholesterol is high and I need to lower my fat intake, increase exercise, and is putting me on 20 mg of Lipitor a day. It’s kind of got me freaked out. I’ve been doing keto so know my fat intake has been high. Started back at the gym regularly about three weeks ago (3-4 times per week for about an hour each time both cardio and strength). I think the Lipitor is what really has me freaked out. Any advice out there?
