I started seeing a new doctor in 2022 - as you can see from the images. Two years ago he said my numbers were a bit high, last year he borderline yelled at me in his post visit note as my numbers were worse and my weight had gone from 210 to 215, and then I had a physical last week.
I always used āwell I work outā as an excuse to eat/drink whatever, even as I routinely crept up to 225 on a 6 foot frame.
I had already cut back on drinking, was cooking more and eating ābetterā, but a few months ago I looked at last yearās labs and for the first time I realized how bad they were. Iāve been eating very clean since about St. Patrickās Day, along with the working out I started around Christmas.
I weighed in at 198 last week and am very encouraged by the numbers which gives me sone motivation to keep going.
I feel lucky to have good results from diet and exercise alone.
