Otherwise healthy, normal weight and active, but got some bad cholesterol numbers a few years ago. I have been following a mostly pescatarian diet, but have struggled to get my cholesterol any lower than “borderline.”

I got my Lipids ApoB tested on my own a few months before my yearly physical, just to see how I was doing. LDL is borderline high, but ApoB numbers look good.

Does this mean I shouldn’t worry so much about the LDL numbers?
