I legit feel hopeless. Nothing is ever going to get better. I’m stuck with autoimmune, insulin, and cholesterol/heart problems for the rest of my life and I’m in my 30s. That’s potentially 40-50 more years of constantly being worried about my numbers, going to doctor appointments, etc. I hate these shitty genes I got from my parents and how useless and unhealthy I am.

I don’t want to go to a cardiologist because I’m already in debt from my other medical problems.
