Ashlink Billing Question
Post Body

Hey I just had a quick question. In my state I just went from being able to bill Cigna directly to having to go through Ashlink and I just barely got my first remits back and they are less than spectacular. I treat quite a few UPS employees and a typical visit runs ~15 minutes and I would bill 98941, 98943, and 97140. When I billed Cigna directly I would get reimbursed for each code individually without any issues. Now I'm getting paid ~$34 a visit.

11 - Reimbursement for this service is included in an all-inclusive maximum daily rate with another service billed for the same date of service.

Anyone have any better luck/ideas to getting better re-imbursements from Ashlink?
