How do I increase my success in Burrito Folding?

I can fold a burrito when it has a decent amount of stuff on it. But the trouble begins when the customer asks for extra bean drippings, sour cream, etc. It pains me on such a scale to mess up a customer's burrito. To sum it all up how do I fold a Thicke Burrito.
