I'm new. Yesterday was my 3rd day working, and I think what I struggle most with is callbacks and measuring things out for the callbacks (especially during peak traffic, it's hard to focus and remember to callback what I need).

Any advice for getting better with callbacks? Also, what measurements are what? What do I call each point on the spoon?

I believe I was told that, after the middle of the spoon, we start counting servings starting at 10? 9, 8, 7, 6-

Help me out. I think I finally got the different foils down, but now I'm struggling with remembering what measurements to call back. Thanks in advance.
