So Iam a SL and finally left. I’m gonna fill y’all in on a few things about this company. So they’re world class food safe ? Nah every morning they go in the reuse EVERYTHING! They re-label every single thing to make it look fresh everyday! I’ve seen pico (mild salsa) get label again for four days in a row the color was nasty. So once you get to GM and up it’s all about chipotle it’s not how hard you work it’s on who you know and blow. The FL (field leader) has his toes in the store more than you think I’ve seen my GM forced to work 50 hours in two days and complain to the FL that he is exhausted cause he worked 8 in a row and the FL tell him to suck it up. If you ain’t kissing butt you won’t ever go anywhere and SL and up be ready to work work work.
