So this has happened a few times when I’ve gotten a burrito. The employee has no idea how to fold it thus ruining it and then wrapping it up completely ruined. Happened to my boyfriend as well when we went and I saw what was happening and got a bowl instead. The employees that don’t know how to properly fold the burrito seem like they’re very new. This has me afraid to get a burrito based on those experiences. Do they train them on how to fold them or do they expect you just learn on the spot? It’s happened about five times so far and the employee doesn’t ask for help and it’s not eatable after they ruin the burrito.
