Honestly, I used to love chipotle I would go to war for them when people where arguing which was better. But lately it sucks honestly one location I was going to for a long time because it was right by my house anytime you placed an online order it was wrong. The portion size was terrible, like I’m talking when you asked for double protein and the protein you get is about the size of one scoop if that honestly I think it was less but I’ll give them credit for one scoop. They charge double for it and then you do an online order and it’s wrong. Trying another location and it was a lot better. Online orders are always right. Food was good good portions that was a year ago lately I’ve noticed that chipotle is going down the same path as the other one online orders are never right portions are small me to dry it’s just frustrating and then there’s nobody to talk to you to call and complain his they want you to talk to their AI pepper thing I’m not saying chipotles terrible but it’s getting hard to keep giving them my money was curious if anyone in other parts of the country has this issue thanks.
