After placing an order using a free entree code, only to have that order get screwed up because a doordash driver grabbed my bag by mistake, I contacted support via Pepper to explain the situation. I was told by the rep that he was adding a free entree to my account to compensate for the mix-up. After two days, the entree hadn't appeared in my account. Today, I contacted support again to ask about that entree, and this time the rep gave me an entree code. When I entered the code in the rewards section of the app, it didn't give me an error message, but it also didn't appear in my account. When we entered the code in my brother's account, it registered immediately without issue. Is there some sort of hidden cap or restriction chipotle puts on accounts? Have I been restricted from using entree codes? TIA
