Looking for any free/cheap resources to learn Teochew?

I want to surprise by boyfriend on Christmas by speaking in his native dialect to him but I'm guessing since it's not a huge dialect like Cantonese or Hokkein that's why I can't find really any resources.

There's a company in Singapore that does one-on-one lessons but it would be like over $100 and that's not in my budget lol

I think I can speak Mandarin pretty well for a white dude that never really took any formal classes until recently (pretty much just to get credit lol) so I could maybe try resources in Mandarin if it doesn't get too complex.
