和西方对比，中国体制其实更像精英政治。但为啥显得这么愚蠢？
举个例子，最近传媒大学消防问题，明明可以说明情况，修复问题，但却躲躲藏藏，最后用欺骗方式不承认问题。这种事天天都有，最后信任土崩瓦解，发现骗局，觉醒的越来越多。
明明可以引进人民监督，却硬把群众推向自己对立面，花费巨资做所为的维稳，这帮人难道不知道这其中的利弊？ 虽然都是用纳税人的钱做他们想做的事，但迟早会被人想明白。
