Well this sucks. Granted before I go in to this I will advise, I fully understand shipping delays are basically out of a TD’s hands, but I wish they would at least offer a better shipping option, I would’ve gladly paid an extra $20-30 to have my package in a decent timeframe.

Ordered 7/25, “shipped” 7/31. Neither the usps nor china shipping tracking # have moved or had any updates since 8/7. Lord knows where my package is. Oh well, at this point if it’s not here in 30 days I’ll start asking for a refund. This is the first time and very likely the last I will use Jason for anything, especially after seeing people get their stuff in 5 days from other TD’s. On 7/26 I ordered some non-watch items from another TD in china, got QC in 2/3 days shipped following day by the time the seller got me a tracking # 3 days after shipping the package was out for delivery.

Again, I know to a certain extent this is out of Jason’s teams hands but for the love of god at least give your customers that are willing to pay extra a choice.
