Hi all,
My package has been "in destination country airport" since 10/22. Shipment to the east coast, USA for reference.
I reached out to Jason around a week, was told to keep waiting. How long is too long? Seems most of the comments on similar posts say that 3-4 weeks is normal. I'm in week 5 now (order was placed on 10/10 I believe). The biggest issue is that there has been no status update since 10/22 in the tracking software.
Thoughts?
