sending small amounts of money overseas to china?

I just want to transfer small amounts of money like 50 yuan to my girlfriend every now and then to pay for her dinner or something. I've tried Alipay, wechat wallet and both of them won't let me transfer money if I don't have a chinese bank account. It's pretty annoying.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.
