This WIKI page is a great explanation. I put this together a few weeks ago since RICO has popped up in the news. There is one organization I missed, "County Commission" Every County Commission in every state is also a part of the Title IV D RICO Racket. All of these agencies/organizations want to be fed by your child support. They all get a small cut of your money and your children's money. You can clearly see WHY Congress & State Legislatures do not want to get rid of it. They all make money off it. In my state they make $9 MILLION a year in profit off of 136,000 victims.
