How do I deal with my ex? She alienated my son during separation/divorce, expected 60% of my income for child support and complain it was unfair when she didn't get that.
The process of getting the court to act on the parent alienation was too long, and expensive, basically proving repeated volition of court order before the court would take substantial action, and the time to short before kids were adults.
That's all just to give an idea of how difficult she is to deal with.
So per court order I have paid support weekly by check, did not seek modification when the oldest emancipated (at the time I told her the extra money would help the youngest, already in college).
How do I deal with her reaction next week, when I stop giving her support? The youngest can still ask me for college money.
