I'm reading it over, this is when my question arises. Judge is crossed out, not commissioner under the signature line. Can a commissioner make a ruling without both parties being informed of his position and that position being agreed upon by both parties? And how does the "ex parte" actually work. I had no idea about any of this happening. It wasn't mailed to me. She dropped it off in a manilla envelope. I never thought of challenging anything before. But this 35grand hanging over my head ....... Something didn't sit right.
