Good rewards for chihuahua who won't eat after treats?

I have a dilemma, my chihuahua has a habit of stopping eating if you feed her anything that is not her designated food, once she tastes anything she likes that is not her food she will refuse to eat anything for DAYS in order to get more of that different tread. I need to potty train her as she used to live with my mom who let her pee anywhere, and now I don't know how to reward her good potty habits if she will stop eating anytime I give her treats.

What can I use to reward her that is not food? Or how can I get her to stop this habit of stopping eating?
