Best used car dealership in the region? (Toyota or maybe Subaru?)

I was in a car accident recently and my car was totaled. Now I need a used but new-to-me car. I think I will get another RAV4 like I had before but will also consider other Toyota models or Subaru...or really anything that has a good matrix of storage, gas mileage, and safety ratings.

What dealerships do you know and trust for getting Certified Pre-Owned cars in the area? It seems like the dealerships in Chico have a pretty small selection. Do folks go down to Sacramento for cars, or even Yuba City or Redding? I appreciate any recommendations!
