So me and my wife have been together for 20 years. We love the heck out of each other. But sometimes we question if we regret not having other sexual experiences. We fantasize in bed with other people but thats it. Should I push it?

Neither of you should push it. But you should continue to communicate openly and honestly about what you want. Where your mutual comfort level is, etc.
And then, as mentioned in the other comment, find the right steps to get you there. Maybe find a play party where you could just hang out and experience the lifestyle even from the sidelines. Maybe look for a munch or social outing where you could chat with others who have experiences to share.
