ATTENTION anyone who owns property in Summit, IL!
I currently live in the far west burbs and want to move closer to the city without being in the city.
I lived in Summit years ago but I was renting. I plan to buy a second property to have that be my main residence.
Would you recommend Summit in terms of finances? How high are the taxes there compared to being in the city? I know the area pretty well so schools, hospitals, crime, and that other stuff doesn’t concern me so much as getting the most bang for my buck.
Any advice is appreciated.
