Semis on LaGrange Road

Post Body

Recently started a new job that requires me to take LaGrange Road through Hodgkins, LaGrange Park, etc. and I’ve noticed the excess of semi trucks on this route. They’re always driving over the speed limit, tailgating, and swerving in and out of lanes. Particularly between Plainfield Road and 31st St, the lanes are so narrow they can barely fit a normal car, and there’s not even a median in the middle. How are so many semis allowed to drive through this area every day?
