So affair seeker after affair seeker writes, ad nauseum, in their ads….”Don’t want to change my situation or yours.”  Really?!  Hmmm…

Let’s look at the definition:   Change: verb /Chānj/ - make (someone or something) different; alter or modify.  OR…. replace (something) with something else, especially something of the same kind that is newer or better; substitute one thing for (another).

Ahem.

So let’s dissect.  One pens an advertisement here, in hopes to find a NEW friend, which usually involves sex, to replace the friend he/she already has at home.  Whether that’s a husband/wife, BF/GF, or any type of SO.   I would submit that placing said ad here with that objective suggests that one DOES want a HUGE change in their situation.   In most cases, the ad writer desires to replace boring, pedestrian, or NO sex with chest heaving, headboard rattling, soul shaking, drywall crumbling sex!   

SO I have news:  Because you are very definitely “making something different,” or “substituting one thing for another,” BOTH of which satisfy the definition of “change,”  the average ad writer here DOES seek to change their situation!!!

So using that overused phrase, “don’t want to change my situation or yours” is just plain silly. 

Without belaboring that point any longer,  and if you haven’t gotten bored and scrolled to the next ad where someone wants “not to change their situation or yours,” I will say that I *DO* want to change my situation!  I want a new lover, friend, sex partner, whateveryawannacallit!!

Now that I have that off my chest, I would like to put something on YOUR chest.  Haha. 

Me:   6’, on the thinner side, lanky, gym rat….   Normal guy, have a good sense of humor, quick wit, can be silly, more of a sapio type, and can carry a conversation as I enjoy meeting new people.   Educated professional, but more of a blue collar vibe reflecting my background.  Thinning a bit on top but still, thankfully, have most of my hair, and blue eyes.  Overall I’d say I look my age, really.  I have 1 stepkid and grandkid.   Hobbies are: Spectator sports, esp baseball/football, gardening, writing/speaking, pets (don’t have one right now tho), fitness, music festivals, rock/pop/country music.

Scheduling/Availability:  Job keeps me pretty busy day to day.  (Damn customers!) Between that and my home life, I only have weekday availability, mornings are best.  As far as frequency, I could meet several times/month.  No evenings.  Messaging availability is good.

Location/Travel:  I am in the NW burbs, and with opsec considerations, I have about a 10-15 mile sphere of where I am willing to travel.

You: Someone who doesn’t take things too seriously, who’s easy to laugh, has weekday daytime availability.  Someone who also finds it difficult to fit these extracurricular activities in their busy life.  Physically, I will leave that open, because looking back at past GFs/APs it runs the gamut pretty much.  You’re preferably married, but not a show stopper.  Age and race open.

Relationship type:  Mostly FWB, as I do want to avoid a deep emotional entanglement.  At my age, I ain’t going anywhere in my marriage.  However, it’s more than just sex I’m seeking.  More of a friendship.  I want to again feel like I’m embracing life, with someone whose company I enjoy!!  And THAT, my friends, is called “changing my situation!”  And hopefully yours!!

Sexually:  Pretty vanilla, although I want to explore new adventures.  Part of the reason I am here, as I feel like I’ve missed out on some stuff.
