thought the finale of season 11, they flashback to lots of past scenes. i was most shocked by the flashback to him burying kevin bingham. i think this means there’s a part of him that wishes he handled it differently, same thing with roy. both of those incidents resulted in damage to his team. i don’t think he forgives himself for what happened to alvin. erin was also impacted by it some capacity. i also think he’s now realizing the big effect the roy situation impacted hailey. as they also had a flashback to him burying roy, and hailey’s panic attacks. he’s now questioning if he’s bad for his team. although hailey said he wasn’t bad for her, voight didn’t seem convinced.
