LOOKING for an at home hair cut for disabled woman. Logan Square

We've been looking for a hair stylist to come to our home to provide a hair cut for my grandmother who is wheelchair bound. Her wedding anniversary is coming up and she very much would love to look her best.
We are willing to pay a reasonable fee ($20? $30?).
We would also love for this to become a monthly-ish thing for her if possible.
We are in the Logan square area.
