About me: - Getting the big stuff out of the way up front: I'm married and I have no plans to change that. If you reach out, I'll happily tell you everything you want to know about my 'dead bedroom' situation, why I decided to stick with it, and how I rationalize my extra-marital activities. - This is not my "first rodeo". I know what I'm doing and I've been here before. I'm not shy or uncomfortable about it. I have rules that I play by and I don't deviate from them. - I have a good job, I'm intelligent, I have hobbies, I have strong (left) political opinions, and I have varied cultural interests. I like to talk about all of the above. - When I have a new partner, I'm a loyal friend and confidant. I only have one partner at a time, but I'm not likely to "catch feelings". This does not mean I'm dispassionate. I have strong feelings and I express them. - I'm healthy, active, disease-free, and fit. I workout. I eat well. I don't smoke or use drugs (except for the occasional small cannabis dose to help me sleep). People tell me I look young for my age. - Physically, I think I'm attractive, but I'm definitely a "type". I often hear "cute college professor" look to describe me. - I'm mature and patient. While I do have a high libido, I have no interest in immediate meet-ups or one night stands. I prefer to get to know someone, including meeting in person, before progressing. - I enjoy exploring sexual desire from the vanilla to the kinky. I've had a lot of experiences, but every one feels new again. I'm "good, giving, and game". I have things I enjoy, but I adapt well to my partner's interests and I especially enjoy helping someone explore something new. - Boundaries are of the utmost importance to me. Once I know yours, I won't go near them and I expect the same. - I live and work in Chicago and don't travel to the suburbs. The majority of my availability is weekdays/daytime with some exceptions.
