I’m a 40-year-old married African-American man, living in that sweet spot between "athletic build" and "dad bod deluxe" (because hey, life’s about balance). I’m a college grad who loves staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or trying out a new restaurant with a killer menu. Food is life, and I’m always down for an adventure on a plate.
