Blower relay inside the glove box

This is the second time I've had to replace this relay the first one was completely melted this one is starting to melt AC keeps kicking on and off I'm not sure if it's a wiring issue or if it's my blower motor I know it's a pain in the ass1995 k1500 GMC Sierra
