I have a 2001 1500 with the 5.3, I recently acquired this truck and it has an issue where it needs to be turned over twice to start, previous owner says it's something either the exhaust but that doesent make any sense, fuel pump was recently replaced though I could not get a Guage to read any fuel pressure off the rail (most likely user error on my part) it'll start in one crank if you restart it within a few min of shutting it off wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and was able to fix it, any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
