Rear Defogger 2004 Chevy Cavalier (Base Model)

Hello, I own a 2004 Chevy Cavalier and trying to fix the rear defrosters. When I press the button on the control module, the light doesn't activate, nor does the defrosters work in the rear. I have checked the obvious, the connector at the glass, the connector at the a pillar near the driver's feet. All of the connections look good, I have no multimeter to test voltage but it seems like it's not getting any power. I changed the fuse, and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
