So I have two cages.
One is a cheap metal cage from Amazon. I love love love the feel of it on my skin. I can wear it for the better part of a day and never even notice it (unless I get an erection lol). The problem is that the gap between the (properly sized) base ring and tube is just slightly too big. If I am wearing tighter pants and squat or move the wrong way, one or both of my balls can squeeze through the gap. This hurts and of course it's no good for long term wear.
My other cage is a CherryKeeper. Which in terms of the shape of the cage and the gap is perfect. It's not too big, meaning my balls can't painfully squeeze through in weird circumstances. BUT... the textured plastic of the cage (probably the layering of the 3D print) is really irritating to my skin. I can't wear the cage for more than a couple hours before the skin contacting the cage and base ring becomes physically tender to the touch from rubbing on the textured plastic. It's not a blood flow issue or allergy as far as I can tell. And it's really frustrating.
I imagine a texture like this is unavoidable with any printed cage. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have any work arounds? I'd love to transition to the lighter, better-fitting CherryKeeper but the irritation prevents it.
