Hey everyone got my xj in 2019 im at around 265,000 miles and have been lurking here doing a ton of random maintenance and repairs from Reddit. Thanks for all the help so far, but now I got a random issue that’s hard to explain.
The problem: I drove about 12 hours perfectly fine until I hit my destination. I out it in reverse to parallel park and suddenly smoke started fuming from the front right. I check all the fluids they were fine. So I assume it’s water from somewhere. Drove back the same 12 hours a week later and no smoke. A few weeks later during a short 10 min drive to the store and back it started to smoke from the same spot again.
My question is should I worry or is it just condensation building up somehow because after all these years this is the first time this issue has happened. There’s other issues but normally google, naxja, and Reddit can fix them. Thanks in advance
Edit: For whoever ends up finding this in the future I’m gonna check the coolant next chance I get. And the brakes just in case
