Probably need valves..?

Compression tested 5 out of 6 cylinders on my 2000 XJ (got zero compression on cyl 5 so I didn’t bother testing the 6th one) I’m thinking I’ll need valves. Plugs are absolutely shot. The cyls with 90psi have the worst plugs. I also looked in when I took one of the plugs out and the top of the piston looks chewed up. Somehow it still runs like a dime. Thoughts?
