Are you bothered about eating right to stay fit? If so, what do you do about it?

I don't want to make this a monologue, so let's hear from more of the community members and then I'll share my thoughts too...

For starters, the last hear has been a yoyo for me. In about 18 months, I went from 92 kgs to 82 kgs and back to 91 kgs! Getting back to shape with a combination of diet, exercise and drugs (supplements) is my priority...

It would be nice to exchange notes with folks with a similar priorities!
