How has your life been in your late 30s and 40s?

Are you where you thought you’d be when you imagined life back in school or college?

What made you stay back here, considering many friends may have gone west for better education or work prospects?

For those who are married, how has your marriage turned out to be in your 40s? And for the others, how's being single in your 40s.
