Best payment gateway to receive online donations as a non-profit

I run a non-profit and would like to receive donations on our website. For now we don't have an FCRA license. So I can't accept foreign donations. So I would like to have restrictions in place so that only Indians are allowed to donate.
I haven't explored all the options available. I would like to know from others who have done this which service would be the most optimal for my needs.
Key factors I'm looking for:-
- Easy and convenient for Indians to make donations
- Easy options for recurring donations (monthly fixed donations of an amount chosen by the donor, Patreon style)
- Convenient payouts at competitive fees
