Post Body
i'm about to turn 18 and planning to get my driver's license. if the rto asks for a bribe (which they often do), what's the best move? i really don't want to pay more than i have to, so should i consider reporting it to anti-corruption bureau? will this lead to problems with the rto officer down the line? has anyone else tried reporting a bribe to the ACB? what was your experience?
