Me 25 went to get a disability certificate at thiruvallur collector office after asking a officer here in my area. Only to be told at the C/O that they don't do it there and at some GH in another area..

Why the fuck is everything complicated in this so called mahan desh and why can't people straight forwardly say what to do and where to do.. there's no way the officer couldn't have known that C/O not doing that process anymore

This country just is a living hell for all and most especially for the specially abled section of the society..
