Bruh. A quick google search can settle this. Blue balls exists, yes. But it is simply uncomfortable. The original guy was saying it was a serious affliction and caused major pain.
How it is described, I’d rather have blue balls than period cramps. I’d rather have blue balls than a Charlie horse. But I’d NOT rather have blue balls over a high-five or ice cream or a spank on my butt.
