Can someone help me add to my arsenal

Iโ€™ve had nothing but, chicken, fish, eggs, rice, mixed vegetables, tangerines, and cashews for the last two weeks. For breakfast I have eggs, scrambled with some hot sauce, salt and pepper. I meal prep either fish or chicken adding rice and mixed vegetables. Topping lunch off with cashews and a couple tangerines for โ€œsidesโ€. Then for dinner, I usually have the same thing as lunch just without the sides. Can someone teach me a few cheap meals?
