After using chatgpt for almost a year and having the $20/ month plan, all of a sudden today i logged in and noticed my subscription showed up as free plan. This was odd because the plan automatically charged my credit card every month since I signed up. After manually paying $20 and making sure I was using the paid version I quickly checked to make sure all my past conversations were present (they are). I then asked it to tell me everything it knows about me. It told me it didn't remember anything and that we've never interacted before. I checked all my past conversations again and they are all there. For some reason it lost all the saved memories. I had a conversation once about my dog and frequently it would ask me how Dallas was doing but tonight it has no memory of learning my dog's name. Has anyone every had this happen? Is everything that it saved in memory for us past year gone forever? I use this to rephrase email messages for work every day. It knows what my job is and knows how to write emails that sound like they come from me based on everything it knows. This is BS!
